heres a twist on a potion bottle, ive done a couple of these...labeled a 'urn' for dracula with his smoke coming out..........this was a herb olive oil bottle i found at a thrift store..i like the handles on it for this..i put inside some red glass paint to mimic blood spatters. cobwebbing for the smoke effect, then labeled...

I was finding more labels last night on Pinterest and then this morning I decided to have a coffee and browse this topic again rightfrom the beginning. I just realised tas I was looked at the pictures that most of the labels I have used from Pinterest are on here, and they are mostly from you a_granger and Hallowenie1. You ladies do awesome work. I so appreciate it as I don't have the imagination or talent to make my own but I do love witchy stuff & potion bottles.

My camera is not working properly since my dog chewed it last year, by accident. She was lonesome and she pulled my jacket off the hook and snuggled on the couch with it. Unfortunately I had my camera in the pocket and her teeth dented the picture screen. I can still take pictures but I need to take a million shots to get a couple good pictures since I have no idea what I am taking pictures of, so it is time consuming. I have some pictures of the bottles I have done over the last couple years and I will try to get some pictures of the new jars and labels to show. I will post some pics as soon as I have them. Hopefully that will be today.

They look better out on the deck with the shadows and dark corners. Displayed as they are with a white background and a glaring overhead light you don't quite get the same effect.

I'd love to know what is in there too. For my jelly fish stingers, I used hot glue that I "pulled & blobbed" in long strips on a flat surface than peeled up and put in water.

I just have my bottles labeled with different labels (I put a small label on the back so I know what alcohol is in them)
Does it have to be Black Blood? How about Black Cat's Curse or Black Cat's Hiss?
There is also Black Widow's Venom.
