Very excited with today's progress on the new scene for my yard. This is my first go at an animatronic type prop. I have a lot of refinement, and corpsing to do for the crouching ghoul, but it's a start. Thanks to diablo85’s tutorial.

Almost done. A couple of people elsewhere recommended a flashing light and bones at the feet of the ghoul which I thought were great ideas. Only need to partially corpse some of the bones at the feet of the ghoul and this part of the scene is done

Thanks, I am planning on having a tree vs. creepers and zombies battle this year. I was planning on having a tree with an axe or two in it but I like the chainsaw idea. Luckily I have a couple of chainsaws lying around
