I placed an order October 3rd 2024 and it still hasn't arrived and there's no tracking number. I emailed the company and I was told that their warehouse is in China so it's fair to say my order won't be here in time for Halloween. I searched for information on this company and can't seem to find any
 
By the looks of it, this is a 3rd party seller. This guy "Josh" from New Mexico has this website. He gets people to buy it at a higher price than what China has. He makes a profit out of a $10.00 mask. I found weird that my package came from China, which was a red flag from the beginning. Then it went to California, then to Dallas TX. Which had said it was delivered. I'm in Houston. Which when i received the mask. It did look like Pizza Krueger .. I messaged the company which looks like Josh always responds. Advised him i was going to take legal matters with there company for being Frauds and Scammers. He immediately replied with
"Hello there
we are sorry for the delay we found your order and will start the refund you should get your money back within 10 days"

I just got an email from "Josh" to send the items back for a refund....I'm just wondering if the cost of shipping to China is worth it..??!!!
You will pay more to ship it back than you paid, call the number on the back of your credit card and start a chargeback! They are a fraud, they didn't ship what was advertised, so the burden is on them to make it right, not for you to send it back and likely still not get a refund and be double-dinged!

EVERYONE, PLEASE READ!!!

For all those people who were scammed and are now being ignored or dragged along with "you will get a refund in 10 days" don't add insult to injury, they are trying to buy time hoping you go away and forget or the time period to force a refund expires, don't let them do this!!! If the seller claims there is a refund started, demand the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN), chances are they are just dragging you along, refunds can take 10 days but are generally processed in 1 or 2 days, 10 days is absolute worst case...

Demand a refund within 24-48 hours for fraud, if they fail to do that call the number on the back of your credit card and start a chargeback for fraud! It's simple, don't let them get away with scamming you or dragging this out, just do the chargeback with your credit card! Don't hesitate just do the chargeback, the worst that will happen is that it will be denied but that is, to be blunt, very rare, the credit card company will almost always side with the customer unless the customer has a history of chargebacks making them sus...

Seriously though, this company is a scam, don't let them get away with it, start a chargeback now don't wait...

I emailed them for the 6th time threatening a class action lawsuit. I don't understand how anyone can sleep knowing that they do shady business and scam customers out of their hard earned money. If I don't hear back from these clowns by Monday 10/28/24 I will call the attorney generals office in New Mexico I'll also call the media and start a class action lawsuit for all who lost their money and/or made a purchase by deception. This guy Josh needs to learn a lesson

There likely isn't a real Josh, at least not one in the US, it's probably a US drop box address and a made up name from someone in China, they will close up shop as soon as Halloween is over and do it again next year, it's great you are determined but to be blunt the AG likely won't do anything and no law firm will push a class action as there is no significant return for them and collection will likely be nearly impossible...

Yea I just received the “10 Day” refund email. But my credit card already refunded me, so let’s see if I get another refund from these scammers. lol. I’ll donate the mask to Goodwill. 🤷🏻‍♂️
 
Scam Scam scam. Product is nothing as pictured. Not even close …. Cheap product delivered after taking 3 weeks to deliver. Items are. It what I ordered. Items were ordered 10-2-24 and just arrived 10-26-24. Upon opening today, I discovered none of items are as described or look even close to the same as picture they have on site.
 
Start with the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. The website will give you information for the BBB in New Mexico next reach out to Consumer affairs and file a complaint with them as well. Go as far as you can with filing complaints. If we all stand together we are more powerful and we who got scammed will be able to file a class action lawsuit on behalf of the people who were misled, scammed, and taken for our hard earned cash.

The Internet is filled with these overseas scammers. Whoever runs this site is just going to close it down at some point, change the name, and reopen it somewhere else under a different url. It wouldn't surprise me if they have two or three other sites just like it (see below, it appears they do), selling the same merchandise. While a complaint to the BBB won't hurt, I would focus on making sure your credit card companies reverse the charges, and file a complaint with Shopify to see whether they will pull the site down.

Nothing personal, but I think a class action lawsuit is wishful thinking.

By the way, I did a search on the About Us Page text, and these all seem to be the same person(s), or all are magically using the same basic description on their about us page.

False advertising we might be able to sue lol using other people’s pictures and not what they say they are selling I might see what a lawyer says about just got mine in and no where near the picture I bought the Freddy deluxe mask hand and claw it’s not what they said it would be anyone interested in a law suit let me know
