I just got an email from "Josh" to send the items back for a refund....I'm just wondering if the cost of shipping to China is worth it..??!!!
You will pay more to ship it back than you paid, call the number on the back of your credit card and start a chargeback! They are a fraud, they didn't ship what was advertised, so the burden is on them to make it right, not for you to send it back and likely still not get a refund and be double-dinged!

For all those people who were scammed and are now being ignored or dragged along with "you will get a refund in 10 days" don't add insult to injury, they are trying to buy time hoping you go away and forget or the time period to force a refund expires, don't let them do this!!! If the seller claims there is a refund started, demand the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN), chances are they are just dragging you along, refunds can take 10 days but are generally processed in 1 or 2 days, 10 days is absolute worst case...
Demand a refund within 24-48 hours for fraud, if they fail to do that call the number on the back of your credit card and start a chargeback for fraud! It's simple, don't let them get away with scamming you or dragging this out, just do the chargeback with your credit card! Don't hesitate just do the chargeback, the worst that will happen is that it will be denied but that is, to be blunt, very rare, the credit card company will almost always side with the customer unless the customer has a history of chargebacks making them sus...
Seriously though, this company is a scam, don't let them get away with it, start a chargeback now don't wait...
