The more I look into it, the more I suspect HorroFX Studio is a group of tech savvy web designers who have seen an opportunity to make some fast Halloween money but didn't foresee people caring so much and that it would not be like taking candy from babies...

100%. Halloween is my favorite holiday and they SCREWED me. I feel like an idiot after looking back at the site and actually doing a deep dive. They messed with the wrong one!! Haha lmk if you have anymore info on them so I can pass it along to who I’m speaking with

I had ordered a costume from HORROR FX STUDIO on the 10th of October. Was promised a 7-Day free shipping. It is now the 30th and my package is still not arrived. I've reached out to customer service multiple times with very little response or help failed to give tracking number. Very dissatisfied with this company and their service would not purchase anything from them again and would not recommend them to anyone

Just go to your credit card company and dispute the charge.

Call the number on the back of your credit card, and press the button for the dispute department, then simply dispute the charge, tell them it was either not as advertised or never delivered 99% of the time they will reverse the charge on the spot and the chance the merchant gets it reversed is very slim...

Also got scammed, bought the art the clown full outfit. Sent 1 email about a tracking number, suddenly it changed to ready to ship. Sent 2 other emails only to be ignored bc it’s still in the same ready to ship process.

I've contacted my bank and asked them to reverse the charges. Hopefully, I'll see that in the next day or two.

There's already a long thread about these scam artists. I would just contact your credit card company and ask them to do a charge back. You will probably never get your money back from Horror FX.

This is a complete scam. I ordered on 10/12/24. My son didn't have a costume for his first middle school Halloween dance. I reached out numerous times. I received a half as*ed response after the first email. I emailed 3-4 times after that and zero response. I then called the customer service phone number which rang once and went to a voicemail. I did that a few times and by the 4th try, it was disconnected. I contacted my bank and visa so a charge back could be initiated. I suggest you all do the same, if you have fallen victim to their scam.
