I purchased a used Penny. She worked fine. I had her out for about 4 hours, and she did her thing. Now her head is frozen, can't raise or lower and can't even manipulate with your hands, pushing or pulling. We pulled the pin near her shoulder. It didn't help. Anyone have ideas on what to look for next?



Also, where would one find how to videos (other than what is on youtube) on fixing issues with these damn monsters?

I have a Hannibal that went silent and no longer moves. Worked one day, gone the next.
I have a Twitching Banshee that moves fine, but seems to have blown a speaker as she no longer has sound.
I have a haunted toilet guy that no longer pops up out of the potty like he is supposed to.

Distortions Rocking Chair Granny that does nothing. She seems to have her parts but can't figure what to do with her.
Gruesome Granny that is missing her middle pole and legs, her eyes and the baby's eye light up but no noise.

Any ideas are welcome!
