Careful with this one. Aside from being AI generated the seller's reviews for other items are also AI. They all conveniently are 'sweepstakes' winners, no pics, and are 1-2 short sentences long that are just generic enough that it could be on any listing.

I did find the Amazon one so here's how it looks IRL from a real person who bought it before

Not sure if you consider that $15 quality worth.
Thank you for this.

Sorry for any confusion. I was scrolling through Michael’s website and saw it. Didn’t notice it saying AI. Ugh. AI should not be allowed on retail item pics but they don’t care what I think. I also didn’t realize until just now it isn’t sold by Michael’s and is a decal on the glass. I absolutely despise when companies sneak in items from another companies. My apologies, I messed up on every level on this one.

No problem Daphne. Before tariffs I shopped a LOT on Aliexpress and a bunch of companies would use AI for the mockups and actually make their final product look what was generated with several reviews from real people with real pics. Shoes especially, I have some crazy looking ones!

But this one I was like 'hmmm let's check reviews and was really soured that the reviews didn't show anything on any listing and were AI themselves too. Which led me to believe this is a 'pull the wool over the head' kind of dropshipper.

Shein is leaning the same way for stuff more lately but thankfully they give points for reviews so customers are more included to actually do photo reviews so you can see who's legit and who's a grift. I always laugh at the ones where the item looks big and then it comes only like 2 inches tall but with all the advertised detail. Those centimeter measurements always get folks 🤣

Appreciate you checking it out and posting before people bought it and showed up at my house with torches and pitchforks! Great catch!
Ah yes, the Temu 12 foot Home Depot skeletons that turned out to be keychains! Who can forget that fiasco? Amazon allows sellers to steal legit pics and sell counterfeits which is so messed up. I saw multiple sellers with awesome Highland cow house shoes that were an amazing price until I realized the reviews showed pictures that looked like what the cow generated on the opposite end. These lowlifes had all stolen the pics from the real company that made them. You get what you pay for. Lowlifes suck.

We are all responsible for the final decision we make on buying something. It’s up to us to check things out, you did not highly recommend the seller, but thank you for being so concerned. I had bought a witches mask from Temu that look pretty good in the pictures and when it came to me, it was just a cheap cheap mask sewn on to a knitted ski mask, the kind where only your eyes and mouth show through. I got a real good laugh out of that one.

Anyone seen @Kdestra? This has her written all over it!

* Please see discussion and actual picture below. The pic in the listing is AI, it is a decal on the glass and it isn't even sold by Michael's. Sorry ya'll. I was so excited about it and missed lots of important info. :(
Hey there, thanks for letting me know. I’ve been kinda sad since I’m not growing pumpkins this year. The squirrels & squash vine borers kill everything

On the flip side I did the Halloween category and selected 'Ashland' as the Brand in the side bar which gives 476 results.

Says most stuff won't go live until tomorrow.

3ft Disco Skelly's studio pics look the same as Party City's Baby Disco pics so I definitely think it's the same factory.

This lamp is so pretty!

For anyone interested in the disco ghost, you can always buy disco tile fabric/tablecloth for <$27 and just cut out eye holes/glue black fabric eyes on it

Excuse me but wtf is this?

I'm really happy the wolf door knocker is back albeit in a black colorway. Same with the snail. Both pieces I missed out on last year. Glad to see the prices stayed the same.

Should be the same sculpt, just the camera angle is different.

Ummm lmao, I like how she's still fully clothed. What an interesting sculpt.

What she said!!! Assume they had a bunch of extra parts left over, everyone had just gotten back from happy hour and someone said those infamous words... "hey ya'll watch this!!". I could have possibly accepted it without the hands but they put it completely over the top for me.

And Halloween 'picks'/garlands/wreaths live in their own habitat until I can see them in person plus they always go on super sale first and never sell out IMO even in late season. I do like the weird white stripe and orange stripe tentacle thingie ones.

I'm also looking forward to their candles. They always get great looking poured sculpts.

I was hoping after the pink stuff was still sitting on shelves even after the season that there would be less of it but nope, they're leaning right into it.

I will never understand holiday figures on the toilet. Never. From the Easter Bunny to Frankenstein, I don't get it. I also don't get why they're usually fully clothed on an open toilet but then clearly I'm not the demographic they're marketing to.

I grew up with three raunchy brothers, and I still think selling skeleton sitting on a toilet in bad taste. I’m not sure what the allure is.
I am getting those 12 inch flat stretching cats in black though

I'm not sure why they called it Regency then include Victorian stuff. They are not the same thing, but then they now have pink things so whatevs I guess.

Honestly these 2 give me Marie Antoinette vibes & she's definitely not Regency or Victorian, she's Rococco, so once again, whatevs. These are the only 2 things I may buy, we'll see though once things hit the stores.

I also love this Hansel & Gretel thing & would take off the Hansel & Gretal tag & make it more gory. They don't look terrified enough for my tastes. Do kids today even know who Hansel & Gretel are?
