I’ve never bought or put a clown Halloween prop in my seasonal decor, but this might be the first clown prop I buy. Not for Halloween use, but maybe for some one’s birthday.
I do like the animation. It’s different and well done.

Those look like Haunted Hill Farm props you can buy direct from their own site now. I have included links for 3 of them, reaper, witch and pop up head. I don't know bout the other 2, but Haunted Hill Farm, is the... 'B movie' of animatronics. Outside of their collaboration with Tekky for some of their products, the rest is a nice, generic heap of fine kindling for the fireplace... no hate though
