Yabba-Dabba Do Santa

 

Looks like I'll be adding the sleigh to my display. Now I'm hoping it's not $400 and in a massive box making it harder to bring home under the radar. Is that a different version of the santa, or did they simply remove everything from the knees down? Hopefully the sleigh can be purchased separately and used with the previous Santa and not need to be purchased as a pair.

HD made me mad last Christmas but I was just thinking the same. I have wanted a decent sleigh for ages but they are always either too small or way too much money. Even at $399 they might be in range but I’m really hoping for $299.

 

Now I see. There isn't a floor in the sleigh so Santa is actually standing on the ground. I think I'll display Santa standing outside the sleigh unless there is a way to hide that.

Take a bunch of December Utah snow and pack around its feet. I’m just kidding. You could probably keep the boots off and just see the inner poles come down. They are black so at night they would not be noticiable or it would look more or less like part of the sleigh structure base with the boots off.

The Grinch looks interesting. Looks like blowmold for the head and hands but not the body and legs. I was hoping for an all blow mold grinch similar to Santa blow mold around 9ft tall. So it’s a bit of a disappointment.

Christmas isn’t my jam on the outside way to much after Halloween. But that snowman is a must I think it would look great in my nbc theme.

Am glad there bringing the big grinch back waited to long last year and it sold out only got the small one. Plan on doing a grinchmas inside this year at my work cube

Is the managers meeting coming over today? I was hoping to see at least a few porch greeters like last year we saw cow golden doodle and golden retriever and was hoping for a better picture of the smaller Sleigh and reindeer that’s on top of the roof

 

The giants r great but I sold my giant Home Depot collection and only collect the porch greeters or the large but not giant ones like the 4.5 ft reindeer although the sleigh is great but id rather get the smaller size

Either way I love Home Depot for everything they're offering us and that smaller reindeer team/sleigh is so cute I'll probably buy it anyway and put it inside. It's not Home Depot's fault that I have a Goldi-Locks view of sleighs.

It looks like one of the little plastic sleigh teams that was in most of our grandparents houses that we loved to play with that disappeared after their passing, even though it was the only item of theirs we asked our Aunt to give us..................... Sorry, that's a sore spot for me apparently.

Looks like a complete blowmold including Santa. I hope the internal lighting is quality and not what we have seen with some recent ones that only have minimal external led lighting. I want that blow mold to light up internally like old school blow molds use to.
