I like the new skull a lot, but I'm hesitating making the purchase since it's the same pose as what they sold last year with only the different skull. I wish they had done a different body pose for it this year. I'll probably wait and see if I can get it in the store.

I'm trying to do better this year with Halloween. I know there will be two or three items from Home Depot I'm going to want this year more than this based on what I've seen and some rumors. The box for this guy is also not small either.

Regardless, I'm glad to see that Costco has not completely turned away from Halloween this year since that was the rumor.

I paid 350 for last year's and it did not have the lcd eyes so 9 bucks more this year is not bad

Online prices with Costco always includes shipping fees. If you use their app and click the warehouse button at the bottom you can sometimes find the store price and whether it's in stock. It's a feature they finally started rolling out a few months ago but it's very hit or miss at times.

I had posted a screenshot of it earlier but was one of the posts that seemed to have disappeared but I think my last attempt stuck around but I'll add it here too just in case.

 

Mine has 329 but not in stock but I’m not a member. I have bought from them before tho without membership.

 

I'll probably get it at $259 if I happen to see it in the store. $359 online is too steep considering I have last year's version already.

I'm still holding out hope Costco comes out with a PC Embers reskin this year to go with it.

 

I work for Costco in the store, we don’t have any Halloween yet , we do have Xmas bows on the way .
I am in Arizona.

 

Some stores may now have these in stock. My local store doesn't but one 30 mins away shows in stock. Looks like I'll be running around Indy tomorrow!

Yes, there is a volume knob on the back and it does get very loud. I only had it on for a few times, but I don't think there is any variety in the sounds but I'll double check later. He's still sitting in the kitchen!

 

The ground breaker is only $10 more in-store compared to last year. It's $30 more online.

 

For anyone living in Utah interested in the new ground breaker at the cheaper store price, it looks like about all Costco's in Utah have it in stock right now.

 

Hopefully people, not scalpers, were able to pick up the ground breaker around me. As of the end of last week, every Costco in Utah showed it had stock. Now it's only still available in one store. Costco doesn't do a ton of holiday restocking, but maybe they will in this case since it's still early in the season and it's obviously in demand assuming scalpers didn't buy most of them.

 

I like the original head better (Party City) on the skeleton groundbreaker but I'm glad Costco is still in the game, and people here are getting them!

 

My wife texted me from Costco this afternoon and asked if I already had this one. Mind you, I have the original Rattles with none digi eyes. I thought for minute before I texted her back.
I came up with: Yes I do, but the one I have is broken cause its eyes don’t light up.
She laughed and said wrong answer. She didn’t buy it literally 🙁

I do love the face sculpt on this version the more I see it.
