I've seen pictures on here and other places of the towering reindeer from HD, but they don't do it justice regarding its size. I saw it in person for the first time today in the store next to the towering Santa and that boy is huge! I was thinking my two might be too much and maybe I should bring one back (I have not put mine together yet obviously). It's very cool, and I'm glad I got it now I've seen it in person, but I'll need to decide if there is a need to keep two.

Keep both until it is time for you to setup your Christmas display. Use them to piece together one in case there are any problems. If there are problems put all the faulty items in the box you take back. Voila. That is how you safe guard against poor quality control.

Haha. That was already my plan to be safe. It's too bad, but buying two to get one fully working prop is needed a lot more than it should be regardless of where you buy.

The 8.5ft Christmas tree blow mold just became available. It’s going to pair up nicely with 8ft Santa. SKU # 24SV23800
I think it’s better than the giant reindeer in my opinion. Looks like it will have some nice lighting options and should be easy to setup.

I picked one up and hoping to have it ready for in store pickup by next week. I’m 0 for 2 with Christmas decor this year. I returned Giant reindeer (not impressed) and the penguin stack (chipped/broken out of the box) . Let’s see if this one breaks the streak.

Hahaha….😆 Reading the instructions a bit more carefully it does say only 68 bulbs need to be installed. 😱😱😱😵😵

I was thinking 🤔 that tree needs to be bubble wrapped pretty good to keep those lights from breaking. Now it’s clear cause the buyer needs to install those bulbs over the LED’s. Should be a one time install once you have it home and safe from having it banged around.

So the 6ft’er white Nutcracker is available in CAN but still not showing up Stateside. I noticed it has music. Did last years 6ft’er one come with music? I don’t think it did.
I’m also trying to remember what the price was? I think it came it at $99.

Thanks for posting this since I was not pulling it up on the site without the SKU you provided. I'm going to hold off on this until I see your thoughts about what you think after putting it together. I was hoping it would come in closer to the same $199 price as the Halloween and Christmas stacks. I guess all the changing lights bumped the price up. I may take back one of my reindeer for this if it looks good in person. It does look like it will go well with the towering Santa. I'm also curious about how big the box will be. My wife is getting more and more irritated with the storage space my Halloween and Christmas decorations are taking up.

Sounds good. I will be on work travel next week, but I should be able to pick it up at the end of the week and post some thoughts about it.

I’ve been through the irritation phase. Get use to it because it will not go away. You can lessen it by making sure she is aware of how you are choosing and taking some things back. Just don’t mentioned you are bringing back a replacement in its spot. 🤫🫣

I think we are too much alike. Before reading your post, I had already told my wife today I was taking two Halloween decorations back on Saturday, which she approved of. I failed to mention it's because I already got something that's in storage I liked better. 😂

I had Tuff shed build me a storage shed way back when they were affordable. About 15 yrs ago. For several years it was pretty much empty. Only minimal storage in it. About 12 years ago I started collecting mostly SoH stuff. Then I got into the giant HD stuff and it quickly outstripped what I thought was enough space. I’ll have to build another shed if I want to continue collecting. Otherwise I’ll have to pull back substantially by next year.

The Minion was a royal pain, getting it out of the box and laying on the floor to hammer the body posts into the legs through 2 small holes. And the mechanical movement of the body and eyes gets boring after a few minutes.
