I found Cowlacious makes audio activated switches that seem to work perfect for my cannon, but they are out of stock.

I make a couple of boards that could work for you.

The Chatterflash board has similar audio responsiveness to the Perfect Storm.

And the Twitchnhowl board can be configured for a cannon.
