When I first saw this at HomeGoods it was about 4 to 6 weeks ago and it was $399. They got a second one and then they priced it at $499. The second one still there.
I saw a substantially smaller item that had 2 price tags on it at a Homegoods/TJ Maxx combo store. I wasn't buying it, just took a picture for here but could not believe it and you could easily see both prices. Weird they didn't remove one of them. Michaels actually pulled the prices off the string beads so you have no idea what anything cost and Halloween prices could be anything. A girl at the register at Michael's said the prices are changing so fast they can't keep up. This stuff was here before the tariff situation started, it is unconscionable how many companies are taking advantage of customers knowing full well they didn't pay extra tariffs on these products. We are still buying the products though so that's on us and yes I am in that group and have purchased quite a few things. I insert some colorful descriptors into my comments all the way home but they still got my money and I got the items so here we are.

Finally had a chance to see the Tarot Card Reader Booth. It’s adorable & great price. I didn’t buy it because someone else will be overjoyed when they find it. Behind the booth was the Arch. It’s fantastic but we don’t have storage space.
Dunno about the small “Medusa
Faux Fountain. It lights up but not sure how I’d fit it in.

I saw the Medusa faux fountain in Marshalls at lunch today, DTX Boston. I think I will buy it tomorrow, before someone breaks it, to put in my office. It looked really well made. I have the larger one from Grandinroad. It was a surprise to see it there today, so I searched this thread figuring I would see it there. I'm attaching a stock photo of the GIR one.

Has anyone seen the 6 quart Smith & Clark cauldron on the shelves? Out of stock on their site. I saw the 4 quart version today at HG which was $35, but is $60 on the S&C site!
I did go home with a green snake 3 quart Dutch oven which was $35 and $49 on the S&C site.

Dang it! I thought I could mark Homegoods off the buy list for the season and now this. Wonder how bad the green would be about chipping off? Somebody hurry up and tell me it would be awful! PLEASE!! Hurry, I have my keys in my hand! Love both these guys and yet also knowing there is not one use I would have for either. I rarely use my cast iron skillet as is even though I would never part with it.

Sorry Dustin, I haven't seen either so far but hoping to hit up some stores this weekend.
I know HomeSense up in Canada is getting a lot of the Smith & Clark cauldrons on my side of social media.

I got the green snake one too off the TJMaxx website! I actually used it last night to make chicken stock from the leftover skin and bones of a Costco rotisserie chicken. I have their Spiderweb one from last year but its rusting all along the lip. At least when the pots get really banged up and need to retire I can use them a cute cache pots for my house plants. Have the lid lean against the pot as like a witchy decor setting.

Homegoods off your buy list?! :ROFLMAO::LOL: Not possible. It has become my go to spot for Halloween shopping the past several years. Pottery Barn, Martha Stewart, Target and more have all dropped the ball on merch and HG has picked it up and run! So did you go get the cauldron?

I worded my comment badly and meant they were off my buy list because I thought I had scored everything for this season from them. They have an amazing selection. The store is stuffed yet they are always able to find holes for even more stuff! Suffice it to say I have been in Homegoods so many times the security cop recognizes me! He always makes a joke about when I'll be back! 😂

Target's stuff is too cute for my taste but certainly has a place, Lewis is adorable. Stuff from Homegoods, At Home and Michael's always manages to follow me home. I've already bought the annual Halloween items for my family and dogs to give me for Christmas.

Something came up right as I was getting ready to leave plus just before Mameshiba posted ,I remembered her problem with rust on one of the lids so I talked myself out of it. That doesn't mean they won't show up at my house if I see one though ha ha.

My local HomeGoods is beginning to slow down on their Halloween, in fact they’re beginning to condense their Halloween so they can put up fall/Thanksgiving. My TJ Maxx, which is right next-door, is still putting out new Halloween stuff.
This year I have been able to add to my Johanna Parker collection quite nicely thanks to HomeGoods. I never did find the KC witch on broomstick I was looking for. Hopefully she’s available next year.

I really wanted to like that bubble blowing Frankie & I thought if I saw it in person I'd like it more, but nope. Just don't like it. Not a fan of hipster Frankie & the hipster Bride either.

Gotta be honest, I do not get the bubble blowing thing and I've seen it on several props. Is there a significance to it or is it like the pink jack o lanterns, just a different twist on an old favorite?
