I've got a lot going on this year so am setting up early. Hopefully i will be done the first or 2nd week of October. Set up my immortal werewolf on a hill. Took a few hours since I'm not using the base.

Let’s goooo! I am thinking about setting up early this year as well. I normally wait until the 1st, but people have inspired me to start early this hear.
I have same wolf. That's always my first prop to go up at start of my display. This year I'm starting early because it takes me about 2-3 weeks. Since it's only me on weekends and a few hours in the evening.
Added the phantom, ghost, soul Arch and a couple of gargoyles yesterday and today.
