Some new stuff added to Halloween Haven but nothing of too much interest for me yet.
This looks like their new stuff for the year since there’s a good amount, I do like the new bewitching figure, Agatha, a lot and will probably go ahead and purchase her soon. I was hoping for some $50 gift certificates to coincide with new Halloween stuff again but I wonder with all the tariff noise if they aren’t doing that this year, it seems like they would have sent them out by now? I do have a birthday coupon I can use towards her which is at least something.

I am in the process of rearranging all of my Halloween items in storage, and was shocked how many Grandin Road boxes there are. And there’s a ton of stuff that the boxes were discarded long ago. I’m not being sarcastic when I say, I’m glad they phoned it in this year. I see nothing that I need. Money is tight. Storage is tight. I definitely don’t want to spend over $1000 this year.

I just ordered the two owls wearing the witch hats to go with the large owl portrait I bought a month ago. Finally! 🥳 I’ve been waiting on them for 2 years now. I adore their wonky hats. They kept disappearing from the website. There are 2-3 other items I plan on getting, but with them not shipping until September, I can wait. Those new phantom face pumpkins are very cool. I might need them too……. 😉

In today’s mail I received my two $50 gift certificates ( I never share the gift certificates to a friend, I my bestie at Halloween)from Grandin Road. Let the shopping begin!

Great! I was a little worried they might not send these out. I am anxiously awaiting mine and ready to pounce on a few things.

I got my two $50 gift certificates for Grandin Road the other day and had been waiting on a free shipping offer which they emailed me since I had some items saved in my cart, so I promptly ordered the Agatha witch. In my past experience the new stuff tends to sell out before it goes on sale so I’m glad to snag her where she’ll join the rest of my GR witches.

I used my free shipping and two of the $50 coupons to get the giant spiders. The only things I wanted were extremely expensive even with $100 off. I ended up paying $26.26, the difference in price along with tax. I’m happy with that price. View attachment 805380

Yeah and everything is more expensive this year too, the witches went up by $20 each. I’m set with tombstones and that kind of thing, I’ll see what goes on sale as the season goes on and of course check out the outlet when I’m in the area closer to Halloween. Last year I scored some things from there for 90% off, mostly some spider garland and some spooky trees but also a few sets of the peeking mushrooms and a couple other things.

Unfortunately no outlet around here… I hope you can pick up some more bargains there!!

I looked and I did not see a thread for Grandin Road 2025.
Today I received two $50 coupons in the mail, one for me and one to give to a friend (I have no friends when it comes to Halloween discounts). I went on their website and I saw that two items were reduced in price. One was the Enter if you Dare Pillar and the other was the Bat Archway. I was able to use both coupons on the pillar for $100 reduction in the sale price. It also gave me free shipping so for that pillar I spent $129 and some change. I’ve been wanting that pillar forever.

I was SHOCKED when I received my catalog this year. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS this year. Well out of reach for anyone that's not rich.

There’s a good chance there will be a lot on sale this year, I don’t think I’ve ever paid full price for anything there anyways. I’m glad I bought a lot last year and the year before that so I’m being very selective in my shopping this year overall, especially as prices have increased everywhere. I’m also fortunate enough to be near one of their outlets at least once a month where they often have at least 50% off as we get closer to Halloween.

The Frontgate in Charlotte, NC used to bring in a good amount of Grandin Road’s Halloween merchandise, but they stopped carrying it after Covid. I’m not sure if they had anything last year. I didn’t even bother checking. I used to make the 3 hour drive at least once each year to see the Halloween items in person and always came away with some good stuff. The last time I called the store to see if they would be getting in any Halloween, the employees were not helpful.
