I am wondering if they have had this in stock and sold out or they haven't gotten it yet since it won't let me sign up for notifications.

They haven't gotten it yet. It's brand new for 2025. Your mileage may vary for the restock notifications email. Last year I signed up for any item that peaked my interests that let me do the sign up and I think I only ever received 2 emails even though things went in-stock and things were available in stores. I absolutely don't trust their system, kinda like Target. I ended up making a spreadsheet with hyperlinks and would just click each link to check stock every two days while drying my hair in the evening.

I’m really interested in the Grim Garden collection. Here’s a few more new items. The mushrooms are adorable and loads cheaper than Grandin Road.

I was all set to buy the tree with the lantern as soon as I saw your photo. I like it.
However, after seeing the size, I see it's only table top size. Based on that, I won't get it. Something like that in a groundbreaker size like the PC Rattles would be really cool.

So while the website is still 'under construction' loading new inventory pieces before they group them together an open the halloween directory, you can page crawl URL descriptions of you're bored.
So the skeleton lamp for example is
remove the text middle to make it
then increase the database number by one to see it auto-fill in the descriptions even though there's no real listing yet with a photo.

Typically they'll add a few halloween pieces in a cluster before some other home decor item gets databased.

Looks like a dupe of the Design Toscano chair which was at least $1,500 IIRC but it had the hallow chest where you could put your fingers in if you wanted.
Cerberus looks amazing!
Looks like they're getting stuff from the same supplier at HomeGoods with that skull bench. Mine was $150 and theirs is $170.
The bat candelabra was released sometime before according to google images but with a different base. We can see the usual elastic tag that HomeGoods price tags are paired with on it.
I sorted from most expensive to least.

I feel like their large busts were around $50-60 in the past so a significant jump for sure.
Thanks for the link Mameshiba! That bat candelabra you posted is really cool but yikes that thing is expensive. Maybe its way larger than I am imagining though.
So... hypothetically speaking, wonder what would happen if someone pried out that LED and put a real candle in one of those metal jack o lanterns? It shouldn't get hot enough to wreck the paint I wouldn't think? It doesn't say it is indoor only although leaving it outside would pretty much guarantee rust.
