Sorry about your count down clock, I might have given it "El Ojo", it's a superstition in the Spanish culture that supposedly if you look at something and admire it too much, it will break..

I started doing some research, looking for a count down, wow the nice sized led are expensive, well at least on ebay

Thanks everyone for the condolences and there is a bright spot...the clock still works. I may repair it...we'll see this weekend. Love your clock Defenestrator...very nice.
