Very poor, very disappointing experience with www.halloweensupplyusa.com.

On October 7th we ordered a Skull Trooper Halloween Costume for my 11 year old son. My son is one of the many Fortnite video game addicts in this age group. If he was allowed to, he would spend 24/7 playing. He loves the Skull Trooper skin and he decided last April that this is what he wanted to be for Halloween. His school does not allow masks so we bought make-up and practiced doing the skull trooper face so when Halloween came he would look the part. We bought a scythe so he had a harvesting tool to round out the character.

When our order did not arrive in a timely manner I called halloweesupplyusa.com on two occasions and left voice mails with all our pertinent information so their customer service could return our call with any information on our order. We e-mailed on two additional occasions, we signed up for the messenger tracking service and not once did they contact us regarding our order. Halloween has come and gone and never a word from halloweensupplyusa.com after they took our money.

We are seeking a refund through paypal and are optimistic we will receive our money back, but receiving our money back will not allow us to go back in time and prevent the disappointment our son felt when on halloween our mailbox was empty once again.

I highly recommend you avoid www.halloweensupplyusa.com so you do not disappoint anyone the way we disappointed our son by choosing to purchase from them.

www.halloweensupplyusa.com also did not reply to Paypal. I am receiving my money back. I really appreciate that Paypal helps to protect the buyer when dishonest sellers enter the market.
