It has been so long since I got a wiper motor, I have forgotten where the best prices are. Unfortunately the 2014 gathering here in the Northwest looks like it is going to need wiper motors and I would like to get them now while I still have Christmas money to spend on them. Where do you get your wiper motors for animated props?

I get mine from the Saturn aisle at the local "U-Pull and Pay" junk-yard.
I got to be pretty efficient at getting them out of the dash last year.

Monster Guts is the place to go. I checked our local U-pull and Pay junkyard but the cost was $20.00 with a $4.00 core charge. I bought 2 from Monster guts for $52.00 including shipping so for essentially the same price as the junk yard I got 2 NEW motors and did not have to spend time taking them off a vehicle myself.
