I bought this wiper motor that looks old at a flea market a few weeks ago. It was only $5.00 bucks so I took a chance. Just got around to testing it, first I used a lap top power supply that I got for 50 cents at a garage sale. It didn't work so I directly connected to the battery of my car, nothing again. It looks pretty simple, it has a black and red wires which i assume are positive and negative. Anyone care to officially pronouce it dead before I pitch it?

Typically on cars, the black wire is a ground. Not always, but a lot of times, Are there any labels or model numbers on the motor to identify what it came off of? If so, you could search for a wiring diagram for whatever make and model the motor came off of.

Nothing helpful TerrorTom, it has label that says it's remanufactured.
