I want to be a wicked witch this year. I have a phenomenal green and black thick curly wig and white contact lenses for my eyes. I'm looking for some kind of black corset-y type long dress - I'm picturing lots of layers and strings and very gothic. Likely fitted on top and long and flowy/drape-y on the bottom. Any places you know of that carry this type of look? I don't want anything cheesy or cheap looking. Thanks in advance!
