I ordered it online and it was more of a paper than plastic! Does anyone know? (that is not me in the pic, btw)

I don't know of course but maybe a place called Shindigz. I know they sell backdrops or scene setters made out of gossamer which is thin paper like fabric. I think they sell some other ones too that aren't gossamer. http://www.shindigz.com/
