Where can I get one of these Head in a Jar Halloween Props?

I love the look of this Head in jar Halloween Fountain.

Does anybody know where these are for sale or failing that who it is made by?

If anybody has one do they have a video of it working?

It lights up and blood seeps through the stitches in his head. I haven't seen one working though.

there is one on ebay but it is $199. Yikes.

Well spotted, that seems to be the only place you can get one. The last picture is of the box so it doesn't appear to be a custom item. I'll contact the seller to see if I can find out more. Thanks.
