Okay, so I bought this old, rusty wagon wheel at an antique store. It actually use to go on an old Grain Binder, which was manufactured in the late 1800's. (Grain Binders were actually very expensive back then, and few farmers could afford to purchase one.) As soon as I saw it, I knew I could turn into something "spooky". The idea for this is very easy and very simple. Here are the pictures of how it progressed, as I took the time to turn it into something ghoulish. I call it, "The Wheel of Darkness".

I had to buy spiderwebs, but to keep it cheap, I got them at Walmart.

Here is the actual wheel. Although it is rusty, it is still in very good condition and is 100% solid.

This here is a prop I bought at Halloween Express. It was only $11! It was the last one hanging on the rack. I couldn't resist!

I've had these lights for quite some time, and I always loved how they were Multi-Halloween-colored.

Here is a photo of it when it is done, with the lights on...

...Now, here is a picture of it with the lights off.

Here is a photo of the ghoul on top of wheel. You can't see him very well in the dark, but if you look at your monitor at a certain angle, you will see him.

That turned out nicely, TheCreepster.
Thanks Garthgoyle. It wasn't anything difficult, but I'm glad it turned out the way I wanted it to. :)
