I remember reading Bunnicula as a kid and thinking it was awesome. I don't remember much of it, except it was from the perspective of the family pets and I loved it.

I don't actually remember many Halloween books when I was little. The Halloween Tree is great though. And I loved the Halloween chapter of the first Harry Potter book. I was really bummed that Halloween never played much of a part in rest of the series. Clifford's Halloween is probably the only one I remember from when I was a child.

OH, if anyone's looking for modern Halloween books, Frankenstein Makes a Sandwich and Frankenstein Takes the Cake by Adam Rex are both beautiful and hilarious books based on classic movie monsters.
