What would you do with this?

I managed to get a 3 foot by 2 foot tool shed for £15 ($20) a while ago which I use to store garden chairs. Its about 6 foot high though It had no door and no roof felt, so I have used some old fence boards as a shiplap roof and left it doorless as it is in a sheltered position. It is very easy to move about, so I thought I would use it as a Halloween prop. The door is off centre, so space to hide things on one side (basic animatronics maybe) but I still have no idea what to actually use it for. So, what would you do with it. Crappy picture attached, but the width of the alley it is does not allow better. Thanks

Fun place to hide an actor or a prop! Or make a witches shack with shelves for apothecary jars, spell books, back light it so they glow from behind??

Rear project a ghastly apparition.

I'd add foam to the walls in a carved stone/brick pattern, add a metal gate door and make it into a crypt for a FCG

What about making it into a cave for a large wolf-like dog prop, you could use red led's to light it's eyes and put some howling sound effects on and fog coming out:)

Thanks for the suggestions, keep them coming. I like most of the ideas, it is just (like with everything) a case of time and money!

This is what first popped into my mind. I imagined a skeleton sitting there doing his business in the outhouse.
The witches shed with hanging plants, signs about potions and odd and end bottles and jars would be easy and cheap. You can make potion bottles cheaply and in a hurry. It could be very effective. Hang a skeleton or some type of ghoul. Place some creepy lighting and voila it is done. Make witch lanterns out of empty jars smeared with paint and battery tea lights in side. Wrap them with jute around the top glued down.
I have found a guy on ebay selling his whole DJ kit and managed to get him to part with his smoke machine. So for £20 I have the machine and about 3 litres of juice, so really happy. That means now the shed needs to hid a fogger and chiller too!
