Almost finished my last prop of the year. Need a couple more arms from GhostRide...and a little distressing and I'll be done.
I haven't seen this as a garage cover yet (but a tutorial would be easy. Each weighs about 30lbs - so will be easy to move.

That looks awesome! Never saw that done before with a garage door but you nailed it. Love the arms coming out! Tell your wife you're not crazy, just a creative genius!!

I actually used 2×2 to frame it out. Then used 1/8 panel board (super cheap at like 5.25$ a sheet) for the main body. I applied Great Stuff for texture. For (2) big props it was fairly cheap. I can just close the garage doors each night so we can keep them open if we want to peek out. Property Wall Door Room Architecture
