I used a mixture of water and pop bottles with window sealer plastic. There is 980 lights in the prop. I prolly could have added another 200 lights. I would love to add a controller to it as well.

Hitting bicyclists seems like an odd way to collect bones for your prop but, it makes it easier to get right and left prop hands.

Oh you aren't kidding ! I used to hang out at surgical OR and chat with the surgeons. I picked up a few five finger discounts that way but all those guys have retired now. Its really getting tough now.

Interesting. Did you just paint over the window sealer plastic? Or add some expanding foam or something?
did you worry about heat from the lights melting the window plastic?
