This is my first post, so I apologise if this is in the wrong place.
I bought vsa professional version 5 a few years back but didn’t get to use it through many things going on in my life.
I have got to a stage where I want to use it now with 2 three axis skulls and to play around with lights for Christmas. The problem I have is I no longer have the install files. I have the original email from Brookshire with my serial number.
I have emailed Brookshire and they sent me a new link to console which I also bought at the time but not a link to vsa.
I have sent multiple emails but not heard anything back.
Does anyone have the install file?

Looks like I’m giving up on vsa then!

Do you have all of the info Brookshire sent you when you originally purchased the software?
I thought you could go to their website ,download the demo version , enter your key # when asked if you want to purchase it?
I do have a copy of the procedure if you need it.
I have sent them an e-mail in the past when my computer crashed and they sent me an e-mail back instructing me what to do. I hope this helps and you're able to get the issue resolved.

I’ve just downloaded the demo and installed it but it didn’t ask if I wanted to purchase it and can’t see anywhere in it to upgrade to full version ☹

Have you tried going to the download site and going through the download process again? I know they say it's active for 31 days but I thought it might work. I've always had good service from them . But I got my latest version in 2016 so maybe things have changed.
