Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. I think I probably will go the route of getting a regular top hat & decorating it myself. And good point, Skulkin, about the latex getting hot.

The wife & I are going as Voodoo Priest & Priestess to host our New Orleans/Voodoo-themed party. I'm thinking of basing my costume on this one:

I'm trying to find a cool top hat to with my my version. Anyone come across one? I'd prefer not to spend a ton of money. I really like this one:
