I am using a Lamplighter straight chase 4 circuit controller.

The type of controller required is based off your lighting wire requirement. I am using a 5 wire chasing belt light configuration which requires the 4 circuit controller to have a com terminal connection which this unit is not equipped with. The unit I am using is a bit pricey but can handle a fairly significant electrical load.
