Doesn't compare to the amazing work a lot of folks around here do, but here is a walkthrough/photo montage of our yard haunt in action.

New stuff this year:
-The stained glass and stone walls over all the windows
-Bone Chillers projection in one window
-Mini swamp area (I received dueling banjo skeletons as a gift and had to figure out what to do with them!)
-Lots more small details around the yard

Hope you enjoy! The joke-telling poker players are still the biggest hit with the ToTs.

Thanks everyone!

-punkineater, the water effect is a green kaleidoscope light from home depot shining on mylar sheeting (meant to look like the surface of a pond). I was pretty happy with the result.

-matrixmom, that is the bone chillers dvd from atmosfearx

Love the little swamp! How did you do the eyes in the smaller puddle over to the right of your yard (with lantern hanging over)??

Ghosts dancing in the windows, a stroke of genius, VERY nicely done, all of it.

It's definitely one of the simplest little builds in the yard, but I like the effect at night.

-Get a string of tiny orange led lights that have a "fading option"
-Get a round serving platter from dollar tree and drill small holes in it, spaced apart like eyes and just big enough to fit the leds in
-Spray paint it black
-Add some great stuff around the edge and paint that
-Arrange the leds underneath so they poke through the holes, tape or glue in place from the back

There you go, quick and easy!
