One of the scense I am hoping to put together is a toxic spill graveyard complete with oil drums painted with the word Toxic all over them, zombies coming out of the grave, and green toxic slime.

I need your help on the best and cheapest way to give the effect of green toxic slime? I plan to use green glow sticks to light up the insides of the oil drums, etc. but want to have some piles of slime visible to give the complete effect.

Please help!

A few years ago I did the same thing.

I used Elmer's glue, Borax solution and Glow in the Dark paint.

F.Y.I Borax is a laundry detergent

Great Stuff foam is really "great stuff." I used it extensively with flourescent green spray paint on it. I used green lights and fog machines in the 55 gal drums. Leave small openings in the great stuff foam, so the smoke can waft out of it and the light can show through the openings. Here is a daylight shot from a couple of years ago.
