It's our neighbors to the side, they are just having fun :D They are being pretty smart to avoid the trail camera too .. Which is how I know it's them. ;) They watch our house while we are gone and no one else knows about it. First day skellie dog, was being bad and had his leg lifted on the skellie walking him.:p Second day, he was sitting in a begging position with his stick in his mouth, like he was begging the skeleton to throw it. This morning he had a tennis ball in his mouth, the stick was right beside him. Sorta like elf on a shelf .. You never know what skellie dog will do next. ;) Think after halloween is over skellie dog might have to start making appearances where they can find him. :D

That's funny since it sounds like harmless fun.
Also funny to me as I was outside last night around 10PM trying to get the last lighting details done and trying to figure out the best position for my new skeleton dog. It was fun - maybe I should have your neighbors give me some inspiration :D

Sounds like you have fun neighbors! I hope you took pictures. Maybe skelly dog should have his own blog or facebook page so everyone can keep up with his daily adventures. Sort of a Halloween version of Elf on the Shelf. ;)

They really like to garden and have a beautiful yard.. I think skellie dog needs to cuddle up with the lawn gnomes. :D I'll start taking pics if he changes tonight. Kind of funny, the first morning I noticed he was lifting his leg cause the UPS guy was laughing at him!
Maybe the Skelly dog needs to make some skelly poops on their lawn :) Marshmallows??:)

This is great. I think Skelly Dog needs to stick around after Halloween. Put him in silly, funny places around your neighbor's house all year round.

That sounds so cool. It sounds like you have great neighbors. You could really run with this idea. Skelly dog with a turkey drumstick in his mouth for Thanksgiving. A Santa hat and candy cane for Christmas. Now I think I want to do something like that.

Are you going to do updates if he does any other good tricks?

At least he was not put into any sexual situations, unlike my brother in laws xmas reindeer a few years ago. Or my brothers garden gnomes. No idea who could have done that...

Sorry, I needed to bring my daughter to the doctors this morning. This is the first morning I've taken a picture .. Skellie dog seems to be having behavioral issues .. He's back to lifting his leg on the skeleton :p maybe training is in order ??

It was pouring rain last night, they were probably looking for a quick fix. Lol

Dang, he can really get that leg up there. I guess that's one of the benefits of not having muscles in the way.

That looks kind of painful. That is, if skeletons had nerves. And brains.

Careful going to his assistance - I think he peed on his leash!
He might move well without those muscles but his ability to see what he's doing is clearly lacking.
Maybe tomorrow, he'll be "barking up the wrong tree".
