This guys came out of the unit .. Missing a hand! Which we could never find. We think the 'biter' might have got to him.

I guess that's why he decided to hang by his feet instead.

A few seemed to make it through the long winter mentally intacted .. Well for skellies any how.

This guy is pretty friendly .. He's the meeter greeter of the bunch.

Then we got the dude that is dancing on the column with a snake. We think he might be the black sheep of the family.

Anyhoooo .. Thank you for putting up with me. We got a lot done today, with much more left to do!

The seas are going to lay flat tomorrow and Monday so we are headed out Wahoo fishing.. The rest will have to wait for windy days

That was a fun tour of your skellies. We are always finding ways to be "creepy" that it is a nice change to see them done with humor.

I love, love, love your house and your porch. Perfect for summer lounging and seasonal decorating. You can do so much with it. Don't get me wrong I love my home and my deck but I am just a little bit jealous of your porch.

Hey, we are back at the marina for a few minutes, so I wanted to hop on really quick and say thanks for the nice comments to everyone. My Dh and I have a lot of fun thinking up poses and where to put them!

Dave .. We use 80lb Tess monofilament fishing line. The mono is pretty invisible and the high Tess keeps it from abrading over the tree branches. My Dh gets up on the porch roof, throws a weighted object with the line attached up over the branches .. We have huge maple trees in front. Normally takes a couple tries to get it right. Then we haul the skeletons up carefully, he normally pulls them up and I try to support them with an extension pole. We also pre pose them and tie arms and legs in place before we hang them.
