sooo looked it up on you tube and it looks like a little zombified doll with one of those bounce around balls stuck inside it. Now you may think to yourself hmmm maybe I could make something like that, now what are those balls called that vibrate and bounce around? Be warned, typing vibrating ball into the google search option is going to pull up some things that you didn't want to know about. Through my misguided searching and horror, I did find out it is called a bumble ball. In case anyone goes looking for one.
It might be a bouncy ball toy or a vibrating motor something like this one. I usually paid a buck or two (yard sales) at the most for a cushion that usually has 6 of the motors in one cushion....plus you get the controller and a 12v .8amp power supply
I knew it wasn't really a bouncy ball thing inside of it, I just thought it was funny what I came up with when I googled it. I really like the looks of the things you found though, I'll have to keep an eye out.
I've gotta be honest here, I really do not like the "zombie baby" thing, or themes. Not knocking on "Spirit" they are a solid Halloween source....but I think they could have chosen a more creative approach to new props. The newest props coming out from Spirit are very cool and big!! I love those but, not a fan of the baby zombie series.
They do have a disturbing creepy factor but (IMO) seems a bit distasteful. Just not my kind of prop. I prefer fully grown zombies and corpses.
I know there are those who really dig this kind of thing so to them, rock on and stay creepy.
I’ve just built an Axworthy Ghost and finally seem to have it working. I’ve been planning it since last year and building for 6 or 7 weekends. I’m sure that I’ll have questions for the community, but I’m happy to share what I learned along the way and explain the setup of there is interest.
Okay. It works, but it and I need a separation for the next month. There are still additions, changes and testing ahead, but I finally feel that the unicycle riding skelly will run on trick-or-treat. Thanks to those of you who made suggestions. The first part of the video is a recap of work...
I am looking for some very rustic and spooky looking lanterns for a graveyard scene. They can be plastic or metal, style is more important. They will absolutely be refinished, I doubt they would fit the style without being reworked. They do not need any internal lighting, it would be gutted...
So on Halloween night of all nights my hurricane 1100 decided to take a crap. Luckily I had a backup, but now would like to get it working again. I started the year with a distilled vinegar cleaning after the low fluid light was on even though there was a full tank. I got it...
I just started the build of our “Meadow Forest Cemetery”.
First up are the columns for the gated entrance.
I may be doing things a bit backwards as I have not made any tombstones yet...but oh well.
The fence sections and tombstones will come next.
This will definitely be an on-going...
