I picked up a copy of the Yo Ho Yo Ho (A Pirate's Life For Me) singing pumpkin animation a while ago, but only just got around to getting a projector that fit my budget. I can't WAIT to get it set up for our display this year.
The animation quality is top notch, and the individual "personalities" of the pumpkins really comes through. And, of course, the song material works perfectly with both our pirate and family-friendly theme. Just add pumpkins! We're using plastic ones so they'll last a while, since you don't even need to carve these bad boys.

Update: Just grabbed some more, including their "intermission" animation... perfect for extending the "show" and giving the performers a break between musical numbers!
