If you live near a Tall Mouse craft store, run down there and check out their Halloween stuff. 40% off, plus Halloween-themed (black, orange) silk flowers, 12 for $5. These flowers look like they normally could go for $5 each.

So far my Tall Mouse has some styrofoam busts, changing portraits, skulls, Gothic mirrored serving tray, and some other stuff. They're still putting more stuff out, too.
