I whipped up some of these super fun luminaries! I used color changing LED candles and I LOVE them all!

Oh my I just love these!!! So are you saying you used plain velum or a colored velum. I mean in your picture are those all the same clear velum and the color is coming from the candle or are they colored pieces???? They look incredible!!
