Hello Forum,

I have been off line for some time as in 2017 the local town made us an offer we could not refuse on the homestead. Long story short we relocated to a much smaller property and 2018 was our first year in the new place. I managed to get my yard set up and the neighbors and kids loved it ,but really want to step it up in 2019.

I am thinking the front half to 1/3 of my garage and going with a mad scientist look as I have a lot of items I can already use. What I do not have is a safe and inexpensive way to "enclose" the space with the garage door obviously open. The other issue is I have to be able to save or store the "walls" .

If anybody has taken on such a project let me know. Thanks in advance and Happy haunting !

A lot of it depends on your local laws. If you can get away with black plastic sheeting, that's the easiest way to go and you can paint it to suit your needs. Lots of places make that illegal because it's potentially flammable. Otherwise, theater flats are easy to build, but you have to store them in the off-season.

Thanks for the input. I have been reading up and the 2x2 and luan type idea seems to be the most popular. I have also seen the plastic idea . How about storage ? I am thinking of using the space above my garage door.
