I need some help fellow Halloween lovers!

My Spirit Halloween Rising Vampire has a stuck motor. He will only sit up about 1/4 of the way, and then go back down. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to fix him? I live in Illinois, not sure if there's anyone local who can help me repair the gears?
