Just wanted to share a few things I was able to get ready for this year. The ouija board I did not make as Dave on here did but I built the riser for it. The others are simple props. I had searched many posts and came across some really kool ideas from many of you so I took some ideas and ran with a couple. Now if I can just learn how to motorize things I will be good to go.

The toxic barrel now has a body coming out of it and a green flicker bulb in the barrel.
The saw blade was actually an idea I saw on Making Monsters and jumped on it. I put the blade on in reverse so if people spin it they wont get hands/arms stuck in it. After considering many may want to touch it I have since put a screw in it to stop it from spinning.
The bloody body parts are just spray foam great stuff in the shape of body parts and a brain then airbrushed. I made a lot more since then.

Here are a few pics. I have since added a few extras to these but still wanted to share them with you. I will post more pics soon
Special thanks to Dave for the Ouija Board :)

Hopefully I added these right. I'm still new to posting so hope this works :)

Thank you everyone. The saw blade was one of those spurt of the moment ideas after seeing one being made on Making Monsters show. Now I just have to learn how to motorize it for next year so if ANYONE can help and explain I would love the help and much appreciate it.

I will be posting a video link in a few minutes. The video isn't the greatest but I was able to get some taken when it slowed down after 9pm. I was shocked at the amount of people this year. three times as many as last year and even my neighbors joined in this year. I am very tired now and need some sleep. 3 weeks of work and 10-15 hours a day wore me down but it was 1000% ALL WORTH IT in the end! . Only downfall was having to change batteries in the laser vortex every 20 minutes.
Downfall for the laser vortex was batteries kept going out. Have to learn how to solder an adapter next year. Went through 16 batteries last night on it :( Other than that most things went off without a hitch. Sadly the video does not show most of the props as they were in hidden dark area the camera did not pick up. Lesson learned on mistakes this year I will have to correct next year.

So I will be browsing all the photos this winter from all of you and looking for ideas for next year. I appreciate this forum and want to take the time to thank Daveinthegrave (I think that is his name) for the Ouija Board it was a huge success.

All of your props look outstanding, spOOktacular! I've never seen a saw blade prop like that before. It looks terrific.
I love the toxic barrel, too!
I'm glad you've joined the forum. You'll find a ton of great ideas here and a lot of helpful members willing to share their knowledge.

Thanks for the mention on the Ouija board. I'm glad you were able to put it to good use.

And I know what you mean about being tired. I'm ready for a long break myself.

Thanks for the pics!
