I finally decided on a new yard theme this year.Sleepy hollow/scarecrow .I know most of my stuff can repurposed for this theme and scarecrows built out of my many skellys.I have pumpkins and am going to cut old doll heads and dirty them up to put tea lights in.has anybody done similar themes if so I would love to see pictures. And if you have run across items that would work with this theme please share.

I'm doing a Headless Haunt theme after visiting Sleepy Hollow NY! I'm taking doll heads and painting them kind of sepia color and then take the head, beige tulle and stuff it into a glass cloche or big glass jar! I'm putting them in my cemetery! You can do a lot with that theme. Check my boards out-https://www.pinterest.com/chefjuli/

I've been wanting to do a headless horseman for a decade now, but I only want to do him mounted on a horse and I've never found one that's 1/11 compliant for us... meaning it can be broken down and stored on Nov 1st. With the lessons we learned from making our Dog Soldiers werewolf, especially with the use of spray rubber to blend different-textured materials together, I might try making a three-part house this year and hopefully get the horseman out and about next year.
