SOOOO.... I was thinking of doing skulls coming out of my walls. Not bloody or anything, I want them to match my paint wall color then transition into rot. I have no idea how to begin. I def want to use the Styrofoam skulls from Dollar Tree. I was thinking about dipping cheese cloth and/or plaster wrap as the base. Then using acrylic paint and liquid latex to make it gross. Im going to hang a bunch of them around my house by 3M Command Hooks.

Any wall breaker ideas?

I have done this in the past. the cheapest way is to get a mold for candles or even a vacuform wall hanging. I then used plaster of paris and mass produced them. if you get the light cal it works really nice. Piece of advice is to use a demolder for plaster. makes them smooth and easy to work with. On some i added a latex covering so it would take a stain to make them nasty and old looking. I hope this makes sense.
