It's easy to swap out the audio. Just go into the properties of the sequence using the sequence editor, and point to the new audio file. The only issue you may run into is that his version is timed to his audio file, so you may have slight variances in events that may have to be adjusted (on or off sequences extended or slipped in time forward or backward). It's pretty easy to do in the sequence editor.
