try to contact dixrexam on ebay, haven't seen him active in a while but made and sold some of the best FCG rigs.
mine is still running strong 8 years later.. I have the older version, is newest one was made so lines wouldn't easily come off with windy days, and is was more compact.
hope you can get a hold of him..

I have a rig that I built using instructions at https://www.kickthefog.com/crank_ghost.htm

I built it a few years back, and it works great. I haven't used it in years, so am willing to part with it.

It uses all the recommended parts ( motor from Monster guts, etc.) and looks and works great.

PM me if interested.

I have ghost puppet also, but you said you are not interested in that.

If you cannot find a vendor selling them, I can make them for you. We don’t currently have them on our site, but I have all of the parts needed to make them in the shop. This is something I’ve built and used myself. They are not hobbled together. I use a combination of machined parts and PVC. It has adjustable arms and folds up for storage. :)

I still have my beautiful metal welded one made by HF member Pugsley way back when. It is a thing of beauty, and I don't think I'll ever get rid of it even if I end up retiring from full-on decorating. That thing is easy to store and is so awesome and easy to set up.

Good luck finding a decent rig out there!
