Yes, I used The Scream Team clown prosthetic on a styrofoam craft head!

Nifty costume! I love seeing all the different ways one can personalize this illusion. Scary clown, monster in a cage, zombie w/victim... it's a great way to get really creative and this version is lovely too (clowns are ALWAYS scary!)
