The lights would look good, but i think you will have troubles seeing the fog when your driving. If it does show up, it may just look like smoke flying out of his mouth and going straight back. on a windy day your fog goes all over, and does not stay around for long. If your dooing 25-35 MPH on a side street, i dont think you will see much fog. you may also have a problem withthe fog being pushed back into the mask and not coming out at all.

Now, if your standing still, That would look great..

that is just my opinion though.

if your standing still i would just use either pvc or a corragated tubbing. Keep a air gap between the fog machine and the pvc so as it does not melt together.
