Start with a hanging skeleton from Big Lots...

Skeleton Theatrical property Costume Fictional character Art

Remove the unnecessary bits and start corpsing until you have something better...

And then light it!

From nice & clean to scary & gross! Terrific!

I bought one similar to this from Ross and converted it to tombstone peeper. These guys are great for repurposing.
