Reindeer motor

Been looking but getting frustrated, can anyone point in the right direction on where to find this type of motor, I got this one at a flea market and it works real good for the job I'm using it for, it's small enough to fit inside a doll to rotate the head plus it already has the electrical plug, I want to make another doll with the same action but only find those bigger, oblong motors, can anyone help?

Can you open the case? The reindeer motors I have seen have a TYC or TYC CW/CCW gear motor inside.

Yes HJ, you can open the case ..thank you so much, didn't know they were called that, I was typing reindeer motor in my search on ebay, thank you so much, really appreciate your help!
