My husband and I always try to stay with the Psycho ******* theme on accounta the hubs likes to use the word annual in the invites. We make it easy for people to participate in theme.( its easy to find over alls and camo at the local thrift) For 2015 we took a slight turn in the theme where the Psycho ******** and zombies got jobs at the Carnevil- we will be sticking with that theme for the next few years. - till Halloween falls on a weekend again-We only throw huge parties on a Halloween weekend. If Halloween falls on a week day, we have a smaller porch party.

I am seeking advice on- we are going to put up the Carnival props again- any ideas on what to do to make it a bit different from last year ???

2020- we are thinking of a Space-Alien attack type theme.....but how do we get the red necks and zombies involved ???

Thinking of sending rayguns as invites asking our "psycho ********" to join the army to fight the attacking aliens? The problem with that is I would really rather see people dress up as Aliens than boring ole Psycho ******** -

First idea that came to mind, was to do a "When mars attacks" style theme for your alien setup. You could make your guests be the attacking aliens at your carnevil, with the supplied ray guns. As for links, I can't provide anything as the idea just came to me.

Edit: maybe half ray gun invitations and half flint lock style rifles to make them defend against the attack.
